Greek Style Orzo Salad

This is our personal take on another traditional salad. We combine chick peas, red and green peppers, edamame (soybeans), cranberries, raisins, garlic, chives, parsley, olive oil and spices. This salad is easily enjoyed on its own, but makes for a great topping to any mix of leafy greens.
